Every figure is calculated by the Olympia model's own formulas, the way Excel recalculates when you change a lever in the model. The AI only turns your sentence into the five levers on the model's Sensitivity tab: build cost, rent, delay (up to 3 months for now), exit yield, purchase price. It never calculates a figure.

Answers come from the project's documents and name their sources. Scanned documents are read by machine where that has been done, and the answer says when it relies on that text; others can be located but not read. Check anything that matters against the source.
